This Refund Policy governs all refunds, returns, and exchanges for products purchased from Prism. By placing an order with Prism, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Policy overview
Prism provides refunds and returns only in accordance with the conditions set out below. Due to the nature of certain products, including specialized and large-format LED panels, not all purchases are eligible for return or refund.
Eligibility for refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product type and condition. Standard products may be eligible for a refund if returned in unused, undamaged, and original condition, subject to approval by Prism. Specialized products, including LED panels, are subject to additional restrictions.
LED panels and specialized products
LED panels and other specialized or custom-configured products are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed, except where required by law or where the product is confirmed to be defective upon delivery. Due to their size, handling requirements, and customization, these products cannot be returned for change of mind.
Damaged or defective items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify Prism within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting evidence, such as photographs or documentation, may be required. Prism reserves the right to inspect the product before determining whether a refund, repair, or replacement will be issued.
Return conditions for standard products

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Prism or a verified defect.
Shipping and handling fees
Shipping, delivery, and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Additional delivery costs associated with LED panel freight or specialized handling are not refundable.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Order cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment and are subject to approval by Prism. LED panel orders may not be eligible for cancellation once delivery coordination or processing has begun.
Exclusions
Prism reserves the right to deny refunds for products that show signs of misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or damage caused after delivery.
Policy changes
Prism reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
