Prism provides shipping services for a range of products, including standard items and specialized LED panels. Shipping methods, costs, and delivery procedures vary depending on the product type, size, weight, destination, and handling requirements.
Product classifications
Products sold by Prism fall into two general categories: standard products and specialized products. Specialized products include, but are not limited to, LED panels and other large or custom-configured goods that require additional handling, logistics coordination, or freight services.
LED panel delivery procedure
Due to their specialized nature, LED panels are subject to a dedicated delivery process. Following the completion of an LED panel purchase, a Prism representative will contact the customer within 48 hours to coordinate delivery arrangements.
Delivery for LED panels is scheduled directly with the customer and may involve specialized freight, equipment, or handling. Delivery costs for LED panels are not included in the purchase price and will be quoted separately once delivery details are confirmed.
Standard product shipping
Products that do not require specialized handling are shipped using standard courier or freight services. Shipping costs for these products are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Free shipping is offered only for products that are explicitly marked as “Free Shipping” at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs and fees
All shipping fees are based on the product type, delivery location, and selected shipping method. Prism reserves the right to adjust shipping costs if delivery requirements change or if additional services are required. Customers will be notified of any additional charges prior to shipment.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing times vary by product type and do not include transit time. LED panel orders require additional processing due to delivery coordination and will be handled individually.
Delivery timelines
Delivery timeframes provided by Prism are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, customs clearance, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other factors outside of Prism’s control.
International shipping
International shipping may be available for select products. Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or regulatory requirements imposed by the destination country.
Failed deliveries and access requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery locations are accessible and suitable for the scheduled delivery. Additional fees may apply for failed delivery attempts, rescheduling, or special access requirements.
